Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Blossom Hearing handles your personal and health information, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, location, the service you request and any health details you choose to share, plus the clinical records created during your visit (such as audiograms).
How we use it
Only to arrange and deliver your care, contact you about your appointment, and refer you to a medical specialist when you agree to it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for as long as medical record-keeping rules require. Booking enquiries that do not lead to a visit are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email care@blossomhearing.ng.
If you book through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
